Shipping

PawVolt ships within the United States only. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $75 — automatic, no code needed.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
• All subscription orders ship free.

Processing & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most US orders then arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@pawvolt.ca with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of — a replacement or a refund.
