Returns & Refunds
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Reach out to us before sending anything back — we'll confirm eligibility, send you a prepaid return label, and walk you through next steps. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: If you're shipping from outside Canada, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want: return the original item and, once approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@pawvolt.ca.
