This website is operated by PawVolt. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, including our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from us.

2. Products

PawVolt sells dietary supplements for dogs. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before starting a new supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition. Results vary from dog to dog.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected reseller orders or orders containing pricing errors.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

When you subscribe, you enroll in a recurring monthly subscription and authorize PawVolt to automatically charge your saved payment method the subscription price each month until you cancel. Your plan renews automatically with no end date unless you cancel, and we send a reminder before each renewal. You can skip, pause, change your frequency, or cancel at any time — with no fees and no penalties — from the Manage Subscription area in your account (also linked in every subscription email) or by emailing support@pawvolt.ca. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy).

6. Accuracy & changes

We may correct errors and modify or discontinue products or content at any time. Information is provided for general purposes and your reliance on it is at your own risk.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit false information, or upload malicious code.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawVolt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold PawVolt harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
