Is it vet-formulated?+
Yes. Our formulas are developed with veterinary guidance and use ingredients with peer-reviewed evidence behind their use in dogs. If your dog has an existing condition or is on medication, check with your own vet first.
Is it safe for all dogs?+
PawVolt is formulated for adult dogs (12 months+). Consult your veterinarian for puppies, senior dogs with serious conditions, pregnant or nursing dogs, or dogs with known sensitivities.
What's actually in it?+
Glucosamine 500 mg, Chondroitin 400 mg, MSM 400 mg, Turmeric 200 mg, Hyaluronic Acid 30 mg — per serving of 2 soft chews, 60 chews per jar. At full, disclosed doses. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, and no corn, soy or wheat. Every milligram is on the label.
How long until I see something?+

Shipping
Where do you ship?+
The United States only, for now, with tracking emailed on every order. Nothing ships before the first production run is made — estimated Fall 2026.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free on all orders over $75 USD, which includes the Founding Box at $129. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.99.
How long until I receive my order?+
Nothing has shipped yet. The Founding Box goes out after the first production run — estimated Fall 2026. Once a run is complete, US orders arrive in 3–7 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment yours leaves the facility.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?+
Email support@pawvolt.ca anytime before it ships and we'll refund you in full.

Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right immediately.
When will I see my refund?+
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
