Are PawVolt supplements veterinary-reviewed?+
Yes. Our formulas are developed with veterinary guidance and use ingredients with peer-reviewed evidence behind their use in dogs. If your dog has an existing condition or is on medication, check with your own vet first.
Are the supplements safe for all dogs?+
PawVolt is formulated for adult dogs (12 months+). Consult your veterinarian for puppies, senior dogs with serious conditions, pregnant or nursing dogs, or dogs with known sensitivities.
What's actually in these supplements?+
Clinically-studied active ingredients at full, disclosed doses. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, and no corn, soy or wheat. Every milligram is on the label.
How long until I see results?+
Most dogs show visible improvement in 14–30 days. Joint and skin formulas can take 30–45 days for senior dogs. If you don't see a difference in 30 days, we refund you — no questions.

On any product page, choose Subscribe & Save 15% instead of one-time. You're billed monthly, free shipping included.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?+
Yes — one click in your account. Pause for a month, skip a delivery, swap to a different formula, or cancel entirely. No phone calls, no retention chats, no fees.
Can I change how often I receive my order?+
Yes — your account lets you adjust delivery cadence anytime. Standard cadence is every 30 days.
Shipping
Where do you ship?+
We ship across Canada, with tracking emailed on every order. Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free on all orders over $75 CAD. Every subscription order ships free, regardless of value.
How long until I receive my order?+
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?+
Email support@pawvolt.ca within 12 hours of placing it. After that, you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?+

How do I return an item?+
Email support@pawvolt.ca with your order number and we handle the rest. 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
What if my order arrived damaged or wrong?+
Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right immediately.
When will I see my refund?+
Approved refunds process within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
